Course Coordinators are required to enter their Name, Designation, Last 4 digit of mobile number, Email, Qualification, Gender, Category, Service and then add attended participants for each courses.
Submission of the feedback form shall be treated as mandatory and time bound within one day of completion of the training program, applicable for upcoming training courses (SCTP/TDP) only
Course coordinators conducting the programs will instruct the participants to submit their feedback using the online feedback form available on the TFA portal at the culmination of training program
Institutes are requested to Upload separately Claim under Claim Tab and CDR under CDR Tab.
